Guilty but free: 23 years after the bank break in Paris, two former great robbers, whose DNA were extracted from cigarette butts found at the foot of the coffers, were sentenced Friday to 5 years imprisonment, fully suspended.

After nearly four and a half hours of deliberation, 58-year-old Mohamed Amimer, a former legend of the great French banditry, and former robber Patrick Musset, 70, were also each fined 100,000 euros and their prison sentence was accompanied by a series of bonds for a period of three years.
